Having trained since age of 5 with his mother, Dr. Anuradha Dabli, music is in his blood and he has been touring the globe having performed at over 2100 concerts worldwide spreading joy & cheer! A Chemical Engineer and an MBA, Mr. Ameya Dabli is also a celebrated Life Coach & Trainer conducts to his unique music and meditation workshops for the youth titled “Mental Mettle”.
With a cumulative experience of 22 years across multinationals such as HSBC, Citi Bank, Swadesh Foundation and Tata Group, Mr. Dabli brings a unique blend of 15 years of corporate experience and experience in the entertainment industry. This approach allows him to provide solutions that are not just event-based but also based on a deeper understanding of the business world driven by requirements of clients.

Ms. Purvi Soali is a Chartered Accountant and CPA (US) and has a diversified corporate experience over 20 years in the BFSI domain with large MNC banks such as Citi Bank and HSBC. Concerned with the growing issues related to mental health, particularly amongst youth, she decided to take the initiative and started the Ekam Satt Foundation. She brings enormous project management and strategic alliance management skills given her vast experience managing these initiatives in her previous organizations.

Amit Patni, Director at AD Ventures Production, is a successful entrepreneur and investor with a background in technology and software. He was a promoter shareholder of Patni Computers, which was sold to iGate Corporation in 2011 for $1.5 billion. Amit has an MBA from Babson College and over 22 years of experience in implementing greenfield projects and launching new business operations. Currently, he is the Founder & Director of RAAY Global Investments, Co-founder & Chairman at Nirvana Venture Advisors, Co-founder and Partner in Elysium Investment Advisors, Co-Founder and Partner in The Hive-India, and Director at Waterfield Advisors. His focus is on digital and internet ventures, hedge funds and big data incubation.

Benaifer Malandkar, Director at AD Ventures Production, is also the Chief Investment Officer of RAAY Global Investments, the family office of the Amit Patni Group, which divested its stake in Patni Computers to iGate Corporation for $1.5 billion in 2011. Benaifer is responsible for investment management across diverse asset classes, including identification, evaluation, deal execution, and monitoring. With over 15 years of experience in banking, debt markets, asset management, and private banking, she has worked with leading firms such as Citibank, ICICI Prudential AMC, RBS, and SMIFS Securities. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from JDBIMS, Mumbai, and is on the board of Nirvana Venture Advisors and other companies in the group.
